While surfing through the internet I found Limkokwing University UK (www.limkokwing.net). I would like to know that, the “LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITY” is the genuine educational institution in UK and can I proceed the admissions formalities??

I suggest you use the following link to authenticate any universities you are unsure about.
http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/recognisedukdegrees/index.cfm?fuseaction=institutes.list
If it doesn't appear in the list you should be very sceptical.
