I currently live in Canada, but I also have British citizenship. Does that make me an international student?
What if I were to live in England for a year?
Do I still apply as an International student?

Fees status is a matter for each individual university to determine. After a university has made an offer of a place they will send you forms to complete which will hep them decide your residency for fees purposes. It is in your interests to provide as much detailed information as you can.
