I am searching for an agency to help me find the right university to undertake PhD in Music Composition. I need to find a university that has funding options for international students (eg. Part time teaching: where the tuition fees are nil). Also a university that could provide supervision for my proposed study. Ideally I need a specialist to help me find such a university in any country. I feel I am unable to do this task successfully on my own hence I am seeking professional help. Kindly guide me as to what or where I must ask for help.
