I have just spent a frustrating 25 mins on the phone to studentloans co. I have 2 children (at different uni’s and started in different years) they both have received a grant, BUT one is substantially higher than the other (I did fill in a change of income form for 2010/2011 for both – retired).
Surely their grant should be the same?

I’m afraid we cannot possibly comment on individual cases. This is a matter you must resolve with Student Finance, England. The only other thing we suggest is that you contact the two universities.
