Using clearing without UCAS

Asked by , Edited by Alison Patterson [ Admin ]

I just wondered if it is possible to do clearing without UCAS? I am a postgrad student, who was doing a masters in physio but had to leave for personal reasons. I now want to get back into studying, but want to know if I am able to enter clearing tomorrow? Thanks.

Yes. I would advise looking for appropriate vacancies on the Clearing list and then contacting a university directly, in the first instance, to discuss your particular situation. If you find an appropriate course, the uni. might require you to complete a UCAS form via Clearing. The UCAS Clearing list is for undergraduate vacancies; the related UKPASS site is for postgraduate courses.
